Here are 2 ideas for using your soaps to the full:
ZERO WASTE: TIP 1
Put your leftover soap in a natural sisal soap bag
Ideal for gently cleansing and exfoliating your skin
Zero waste: our soap sachets are biodegradable, natural and vegan.
They help to lather up your leftover soap.
So you can cleanse and exfoliate your skin effectively at the same time.
This practical soap bag closes with a pretty drawstring.
So you can easily hang it up to dry, which we strongly recommend for perfect hygiene.

ZERO WASTE: TIP 2
Recycle your soap scraps by melting them in hot water
Use the mixture as a detergent
We recommend you melt the equivalent of three tablespoons of soap in two litres of hot water.
Personally, I put my small pieces of soap in a saucepan with about half a litre of water.
I bring the mixture to the boil, stirring occasionally.
When all the soap has melted, I pour the mixture into a soft bottle.
I top up with lukewarm water until I get my two litres of detergent.

And now it's ready!
Additional tips:
You can add bicarbonate of soda, white vinegar and essential oils to your preparation as you wish.
Baking soda thickens your homemade washing powder. We therefore advise you to add a little at the end of your preparation.
I never add more than a teaspoon.
Essential oils are highly volatile and evaporate with heat. They should therefore be added when the mixture is as cold as possible before crystallisation.
Please note:
Your washing powder is translucent and very liquid when it's hot, then becomes opaque and slimy as it cools - this is normal!
